It was definitely Misa who cursed her, right? There shouldn't have been anyone else but us, Mollymauk apparently, and her who would have known about that conversation unless Misa confessed to multiple people.
It had to be. Molly wouldn't do something like that to her. But why tell her in the first place if she was just going to erase her memory later? You can't have more than one power from the avatars at a time, can you?
She probably only decided to erase her memory in a panic. Once it became clear that she was about to be outed. She didn't know that Harrowhark told anyone else though.
I guess what confuses me is how Misa originally planed to use that power. I can think of a couple of homicidal uses, and none of them involve backpedaling on a confession. And the thing is, if it's the same power I know of, Harrowhark might not get her memories back at all.
By the way, Endorsi says the results glitched because Misa "didn't follow through." If someone else killed Eleanor, it has to be whoever double cursed Mineo.
The only reason I brought mine up was because of what happened to Mineo. If anyone else confessed to having the same one, it's safe to say they wouldn't mind doing a little demonstration.
Which, by the way, means I can give people intense hickies remotely.
He is such an easy target. I can't tell if they did that just because they thought it was funny or because they were trying to cause an actual distraction.
I should hope that everyone knows better than to do anything in trial for fun and games. But I can't deny the possibility.
